 Westside Foundation proudly participated in a community service event organized for LSU’s National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) chapter, in partnership with Dow and other industry leaders. The event aimed to provide LSU engineering students with valuable professional guidance, career advice, and mentorship as they sought full-time employment. A diverse group of industry professionals shared their expertise through one-on-one conversations and group discussions, offering insights into resume building, interview preparation, and navigating the early stages of a career. Professionals from Dow and other industries provided advice on the skills and qualifications employers seek, helping students stand out in a competitive job market.
